‚Bogurodzica’, the first anthem of Poland, was written about 1,000 years ago in the Polish language of old, which is full of words and phrases that do not exist any more. Therefore, I have adjusted the vocabulary and syntax of the English translation to make the meaning of the song comprehensible to contemporary people.
